Administrative Assistant

Full Time On Site

Client Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Office Support:

Provide administrative support to CPAs and office staff.

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.

Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized digital client files.

Input financial data into databases and software systems.

Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.

Calendar Management:

Manage schedules for CPAs, ensuring appointments and deadlines are met.

Coordinate meetings and appointments, both internally and with clients.

Document Preparation:

Assist in the preparation and proofreading of financial documents.

Draft and format correspondence, reports, and other business-related documents.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve client inquiries proactively.

Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions to challenges.
